WHAT ARE MASCULINIST VALUES IN ORGANISATIONS?
Abstract
Managing Diversity effectively is often a fruitful process in the management of contemporary enterprises. However, some might argue that much of the literature neglects to acknowledge the masculinist values that pervade organisations.
What are masculinist values in organisations? Critically evaluate how they might impede the quality of working life and career ambitions of female employees?
